Two Pints

One Hand

TriMug was a project born out of frustration. Carrying 3 pints across a crowded bar in Dublin led to the idea of interlocking handles on tankards.

These two last images are of the same concept applied to coffee mugs.

This project was modelled and rendered using Solidworks and the prototypes were printed on a XYZ Davinci Junior 3D printer.

Designed as a simple straight pull injection moulding which could be sold as a premium plastic (polycarbonate) pint glass for pubs and bars.

The draft taper allows clean removal from the moulding tool but also allows the glasses to be stacked.
